If I were you, I wouldn't attach this letter from the University. Rather prefer to go with the evaluation that you had it done.
At times it is best to keep things simple.

I remember reading from one of the IV members that they sent this kind of letter and their case got approved.
I am thinking, once I get the letter - I will send it to my attorney and discuss with her if this is good or not. Any one else has any advise?

Hi Team,
If I am filing 485 on my own...
How many pages of Bio Graphic information do I need to fill up in G325 form.
In one of the g325 documents sent by my employer It has only 2 pages (page 1 -ident, page 2-rec)
Where as one of my friend filing 485 with a attorney help has 4 pages of Bio Graphic information (page 1 -ident, page 2-rec, 3 - c, 4 - consulate)
can any one suggest which one do I need to follow for 485 filing on my own..
2 pages or 4 pages?

Hi All,
My wife was a student once and hence got an EAD as well. But she did not work on EAD. Should she still mention the alien # from that EAD which was derived from F1? She is currently on H4.
Also, in the employment history do we mention the time we worked as student? (legally as RA or TA or some library assistant? )

Individuals with valid visas are turned back every now and then for a variety of reasons. This is nothing new, and it is very rare. There is no reason to panic. A close friend of mine was turned back in 2000 when he arrived on a B2 business visa because he responded unsatisfactorily to the query "What is the purpose of your visit?". I believe he said something that alluded to the fact that he was here to execute a programming assignment, when in fact he was visiting to discuss specifications with the client to be taken back for an offshore project. This was in good economic times, when the Dot Com bubble was still around.
Incidentally, the same person is now a Green Card holder. :)
This happened even in 1998. My colleague at Tata infotech (Bangalore) was sent back immediately because of the unsatisfactory answer to "What is the purpose of your visit?" She was on B1 visa and answered something like programming.
Seems like some of the stories are bit over the top and I truly hope that they are just rumors and not real incidents.

USCIS is driving me crazy! I check my bank account today, and the checks of my original package (July 27) were cashed yesterday. I call my attorney immediately because we were waiting that checks o second package (sent last week) be cashed this week.
Even if I am in a trouble right now, that might be good news for the rest of you, because if they find mine maybe yours could be next.

What is the rationale for this reporting.
Do you report that you have 500K in your US account? or do you report that you got $X as interest from your bank deposits here in the US. If that is the case with US accounts, why would you be required to report whatever amount you have in other foreign accounts?? ....
This is law and requirement is mandatory. One does NOT have the option of not reporting.
Read this -
Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) (http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=148849,00.html)
The reasoning *could* be that foreign banks don't have same reporting requirements as US banks have. Also, source of funds in the foreign banks is not limited to funds from US banks.
In addition, interest earned must be reported in US taxes, even if it was taxed in other country. One can claim deduction for the tax paid in the other country.
I suggest that you talk to CPA of your choice and get yourself educated.
